This course includes the study of permutations and combinations, the binomial theorem, elementary set theory and logic, functions, relations, partial orders, mathematical induction and simple algorithms.
Prerequisites
Pre-Calculus 40S or Applied Mathematics 40S or 62:090 MATH.
